01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using nuestar.com.au or engaging Nuestar Pty Ltd ('Nuestar', 'we', 'us', 'our') for advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website or engage our services.

02 About Nuestar

Nuestar is a specialist property advisory based in Australia. We work with developers, industry partners, and a vetted network of professionals to identify off-market and early-release property opportunities for our clients. We are not real estate agents and do not act for vendors.

03 Services Provided

Our services include strategic property advisory, opportunity identification, deal structuring guidance, and introductions to a curated network of mortgage, legal, and accounting professionals. The scope of any engagement is set out in a written engagement letter agreed before work commences.

04 Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or over with the legal capacity to enter contracts. By engaging us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and that you have the authority to make decisions in respect of any property transaction discussed.

05 Engagement & Fees

Fees, payment terms, and the scope of services are set out in your engagement letter or proposal. Where Nuestar receives a referral or marketing fee from a developer or partner, this is disclosed in writing prior to any introduction. We do not earn fees that compromise the impartiality of our advice.

06 Property Information & Third-Party Materials

Property data, projections, renders, plans, and supporting materials provided to you are sourced from developers, industry partners, and public records. While we apply reasonable due diligence, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of third-party content. You should make your own independent enquiries before committing to any transaction.

07 No Financial, Legal or Tax Advice

Nuestar provides property strategy and acquisition advice only. We are not licensed to provide personal financial product advice, credit advice, legal advice, or tax advice. You should obtain independent advice from appropriately licensed professionals in respect of your personal circumstances before making any investment decision.

08 Risk & Disclaimers

Property investment carries risk, including market, credit, settlement, construction, and liquidity risk. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Forecasts, projections, and yield estimates are illustrative only and may not eventuate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuestar does not guarantee any return, capital growth, or rental outcome.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Nuestar website, including text, branding, research, graphics, and reports, is owned by or licensed to Nuestar. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials provided to you for your personal, non-commercial review.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuestar excludes all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the website or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By engaging us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as set out in that policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12 Governing Law & Contact
